The APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is a prepayment that covers charter-related expenses such as fuel, food, port fees, and special requests.
Managed by the captain, it ensures a seamless experience. At the end of the day, a full report is provided—any unused amount is refunded, or extra charges are settled if needed.
